What Actually Makes the Difference?
We've taught hundreds of people at this point, and the ones who see real changes share something specific: they practice consistently, even when it's messy. Not perfection — just regular attempts.
The program isn't magic. It's structured practice with techniques that actually work in Malaysian kitchens. You learn one method, use it until it becomes natural, then build on that foundation. Some people move faster than others, and that's completely fine.
The turning point usually happens around week six or seven. That's when the techniques stop feeling like "lessons" and start feeling like cooking. You stop following recipes word-for-word and begin adapting them to what you have on hand.
We also encourage people to cook with family or friends. It's not required, but shared learning tends to stick better. Plus, cooking alone can get boring.
