We're Based in Kuantan
Our studio sits in the BIM Point area, which makes it fairly easy to find if you're driving through the IM district. There's parking nearby, though weekdays can get a bit crowded around lunch.
If you're planning to drop by, send us a note first — we're not always in the office, especially when we're out testing recipes or meeting with local suppliers.
Most of our work happens through email and phone anyway. But meeting face-to-face has its own charm, especially when talking about food.
When You Can Reach Us
We keep fairly regular hours during the week, though sometimes we step out for market runs or supplier meetings. Weekends are reserved for recipe development and rest.
Weekday Availability
Monday through Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
We check emails throughout the day and usually respond within a few hours during these times.
Lunch breaks happen around 1 PM, so replies might be slightly delayed then.
Weekend & After Hours
Saturday & Sunday: Closed for walk-ins
Emails sent over the weekend get answered first thing Monday morning. We don't monitor the phone outside business hours.
If something's urgent, mention it in your email subject line and we'll prioritize it.
Response Times
Most queries get answered within 24 hours on weekdays.
Complex questions about technique or ingredient substitutions might take an extra day while we research or test things ourselves.
Public Holidays
We follow Malaysian public holidays and close the office accordingly.
During major festival periods like Hari Raya or Chinese New Year, responses might be delayed by 2-3 days.
